netmagen.com is operated by NetMagen, Yaar Odem 6, Lod, Israel. By browsing the site or contacting us through it you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site and our services

The site presents our security solutions — surveillance, alarms, networks, our NVR platform and cyber protection — for information. The design, supply, installation and maintenance of an actual system are always governed by a separate written agreement signed with you, which prevails over these terms for that work.

Blog articles are general information about security topics. They are not advice for your specific property or situation and do not replace a professional survey.

Quotes

A request sent through the quote wizard or by email is an invitation, not an order. Figures we send back are estimates, valid as stated on them, subject to a site survey, and binding only once a written quote is accepted by both sides.

Store

The store section is currently informational only — no products are sold through the site. If online ordering is enabled in the future, the purchase terms shown at that point will govern those orders.

Content and intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, imagery, the NetMagen name and marks, and the site's code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction or use requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Illustrations

Product scenes and interface views on the site are illustrative visualisations of how our solutions look and work. They are not photographs of a specific customer's installed system.

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy its content or data.
• Send us unlawful, misleading or malicious material through its contact channels.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of mandatory venue rights granted by law.
