Response within 30 minutes, any layer, 24/7
Security, engineered end to end.
We design, install and operate complete protection for homes, residential buildings and business infrastructure — cameras, alarms, networks and software we build ourselves.

The system
One system, every layer.
Most providers install parts. We engineer the whole: every layer specified, installed and supported by the same team — so nothing falls between vendors.
- 01PerimeterCameras, sensors and access points at every boundary — specified for your site, not a catalogue.
- 02NetworkSegmented, monitored infrastructure built for security workloads — not bolted onto someone else's cabling.
- 03Recording + AIOur own NVR platform: detection, analytics and retention rules we adapt to you directly.
- 04Zero trustEvery device, session and request authenticated. Cyber protection designed in, not layered on.
- 05ResponseOne number. The team that built your system answers it — 24/7.
Environments
Built for the way you live and work.
Three environments, one standard of engineering.

In-house software
Our software. Our roadmap. Your advantage.
The NVR, monitoring and cyber stack behind your system is written by our engineers — which changes what we can promise.
- No vendor queueA change you need is a task for our team, not a feature request to a foreign vendor.
- AI where it earns its placeDetection and analytics tuned to your site, so an alert at 3 a.m. means something.
- Zero-trust by designAuthentication and segmentation are built into the platform, not added after.
- Support with source accessWhen we troubleshoot, we can read and fix the code — resolution doesn't stop at a reboot.
How it works
A project you can follow.
Six steps, each ending with a deliverable in your hands.
01
Site survey
We walk your site and map risks, sightlines and existing infrastructure.
Deliverable: risk map
02
System design
Layers, placement and hardware chosen against the survey, not a price list.
Deliverable: system plan
03
Written proposal
Scope, equipment, timeline and price — fixed and itemised.
Deliverable: fixed quote
04
Installation
Our own engineers install and cable. No subcontracted shortcuts.
Deliverable: clean install
05
Acceptance test
Every camera, sensor and rule verified with you, on record.
Deliverable: signed test report
06
Monitoring & support
The system goes live into 24/7 support with a named response SLA.
Deliverable: SLA in writing
Support & SLA
What our SLA actually means.
Within 30 minutes of your call or an automated alert, a NetMagen engineer is working on the problem — any layer, any hour.
One phone number covers everything we installed: a camera, a switch, a server or a certificate. Because one team owns all of it, diagnosis starts immediately — no vendor ping-pong, no "not our layer".
T+0
Alert received
Your call or an automated system alert opens an incident and reaches the right engineer.
≤ 30 min
Engineer engaged
Remote diagnosis begins on any layer — most issues are resolved before anyone needs to drive.

Fix and report
You get the fix, the cause and what we changed — in writing.
Questions
Asked before signing, answered here.
Who can see our cameras and recordings?
Only you and the people you authorise. Footage stays on your own recorder on your premises; remote access runs through authenticated, encrypted sessions under our zero-trust protocol — and every access is logged.
Can you work with equipment we already own?
Usually, yes. The survey maps what can be kept and what should be replaced, and why — you decide with the numbers in front of you.
Where is our data stored?
On your site by default, on hardware you own. Encrypted off-site backup is available as an option — you approve where it lives.
Is remote access safe?
Remote sessions are authenticated per device and per user, encrypted, scoped to the minimum needed and logged. No open ports, no shared passwords.
What does maintenance include?
Proactive monitoring, updates for the software we wrote, hardware checks and the response SLA — one agreement, no small print.
How long does an installation take?
A typical home is protected within days of approving the proposal; larger sites get a scheduled plan in the written proposal. The survey gives you a real date, not an estimate.
