Affiliate agreement

The terms on which you take part in NetMagen Affiliates and earn commission on the customers you refer.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

1.1 This agreement is between NetMagen and the person or business that registers for NetMagen Affiliates (“you”, “the affiliate”). netmagen.com is operated by NetMagen, Yaar Odem 6, Lod, Israel (“NetMagen”, “we”).

1.2 You accept this agreement by ticking the acceptance box when you register as an affiliate, or when you join the programme from an existing NetMagen account. We record the version you accepted, the time and your IP address.

1.3 The agreement starts when you accept it and continues until your participation is closed under section 9 or the programme ends under section 10.

1.4 In this agreement:

  • a “Customer” is a person whose NetMagen account is attributed to you under section 3;
  • a “Payment” is a successful charge to a Customer, of any kind: the first charge of the remote-access subscription, each renewal of it, or the purchase of a token pack (the tokens used for faces, plates and transcription);
  • the “Net Amount” of a Payment is the amount charged to the Customer excluding VAT or any similar sales tax, as recorded by NetMagen when the Payment is made.

2. Programme and eligibility

2.1 NetMagen Affiliates lets you recommend NetMagen's products to other people and earn commission on what the Customers you refer pay, on the terms of this agreement.

2.2 You can take part if you are the owner of a NetMagen account, or if you register an affiliate-only account. A sub-user (member) of someone else's NetMagen account cannot be an affiliate. Your participation is tied to your NetMagen login, and you use the same login for the affiliate back office.

2.3 Your participation is active as soon as you register. Before your first payout we verify your profile, your tax details and your documents (section 5.6). We can suspend your participation at any time (section 9.1).

2.4 You can create as many tracked links as you need, each with a name of your own for managing your campaigns. NetMagen may limit the number of active links per affiliate; the limit is currently 500.

2.5 The programme is not exclusive. You may promote other products, and NetMagen may run its own marketing and have other affiliates.

3. Links, codes and tracking

3.1 Links. A tracked link has the form https://netmagen.com/gt/<code>. It sends the visitor to the netmagen.com page you chose when you created it, and only to a page of netmagen.com.

3.2 Cookie. When a visitor follows your active link, NetMagen sets a first-party cookie in the visitor's browser that identifies the click and your link. The cookie lasts 90 days from the click.

3.3 Last click wins. If the visitor follows the links of several affiliates, the most recent click replaces the earlier cookie, and only the affiliate of the most recent click can be credited.

3.4 Attribution. A person who creates a NetMagen account on the NetMagen website while the cookie is valid, with a password or with a Google sign-in, becomes your Customer; so does a person who creates the account inside a NetMagen app, in the case that section 3.12 describes. Attribution is decided once per account, normally when the account is created (sections 3.7 and 3.10 describe the two exceptions). A later click on another affiliate's link does not move an account that is already attributed.

3.5 Lifetime. Attribution lasts for the life of the Customer's account. Every Payment the Customer makes, at any time and not only within the 90 days of the cookie, earns commission under section 4, as long as your participation earns under sections 4 and 9.

3.6 Promo codes. You may have a promo code. A person who types it in the referral-code field when creating a NetMagen account becomes your Customer on the same terms as a person who followed your link. A code is entered when the account is created; it cannot be added to an existing account or at checkout. If a visitor has your cookie and also types a different affiliate's code, the typed code is used. You can change your promo code; the old code then stops working.

3.7 Browsers that block the cookie. If the Customer's browser did not keep the cookie, NetMagen may still attribute the account from its own first-party visit records, but only where those records show with certainty that the browser that followed your link is the browser in which the account was created. NetMagen attributes an account only on your cookie, your promo code, a certain match of its visit records as this section describes, or the probable match of section 3.12, which is marked as probable and may be revoked; it does not attribute an account on any other guess, such as a shared IP address.

3.8 What is never attributed to you:

  • (a) an account that existed before the click;
  • (b) a sub-user (member) added to an existing account, and an account created by NetMagen staff;
  • (c) an account created directly inside a NetMagen app, without a website registration that carries your cookie or your code, except as section 3.12 provides;
  • (d) your own account, and any account registered with your own email address (see section 6.1(b)).

3.9 What your links and your promo code do, by status.

  • (a) Active: your links lead to their pages and set the cookie, and your promo code is accepted.
  • (b) Suspended: your links lead to their pages but set no cookie, and your promo code is not accepted, so no new Customers can be attributed to you. Your existing Customers keep earning (section 9.1).
  • (c) Closing: your links lead to their pages but set no cookie, your promo code is not accepted, no new Customers can be attributed to you, and your existing Customers stop earning (section 9.2(a)).
  • (d) Closed: your links lead to the NetMagen home page.
  • (e) Programme paused by NetMagen: links that (d) and (f) do not send to the home page lead to their pages; no cookie is set and no code is accepted.
  • (f) A link that you have archived, and a link that does not exist, lead to the NetMagen home page.

3.10 Corrections. NetMagen may correct an attribution that its records show was wrong, assign a Customer to an affiliate by hand, or move a Customer from one affiliate to another.

3.11 Records and their limits. NetMagen's records of clicks, sign-ups and Payments are the basis for all figures in your back office.

3.12 Probable attributions. NetMagen may credit an account created inside the NetMagen desktop app or the NetMagen Android app to you when that app was downloaded through your link, from the same network, shortly before the account was created. An attribution made that way is recorded as “probable”, earns commission like any other, is flagged for NetMagen's review, and may be revoked at NetMagen's discretion. The welcome perk for a Customer attributed that way is granted only after that review.

4. Commission

4.1 Rate. You earn 20 % of the Net Amount of every Payment made by a Customer, on every kind of Payment (the first charge of the subscription, each renewal, and each token-pack purchase), for as long as the Customer's account stays attributed to you. The commission is rounded to the nearest cent.

4.2 Basis. The Net Amount is calculated without VAT or any similar sales tax. NetMagen does not deduct payment-processor fees or other costs from the Net Amount. A Payment with no Net Amount earns no commission.

4.3 The rate is fixed per Payment. The commission on a Payment is calculated at the rate that applies when the Payment is made. A change of rate applies to later Payments only. NetMagen may agree a different rate with an individual affiliate.

4.4 Pending, then cleared. Commission arises when a Payment succeeds. It stays pending for 30 days from the date of the Payment (the “hold”), which is the period in which a refund or a chargeback can still arrive. After the hold it is cleared.

4.5 Refunds and chargebacks.

  • (a) If a Payment is refunded in full, or charged back, the whole commission on that Payment is reversed.
  • (b) If a Payment is refunded in part, the commission is reversed in proportion: the commission on the Payment multiplied by the refunded amount and divided by the amount of the Payment.
  • (c) Several refunds of one Payment are added together. A later full refund reverses only what has not been reversed yet, so the total reversed never exceeds the commission earned on that Payment.
  • (d) A reversal lowers your balance at once, whether or not the commission had already cleared. If it brings your balance below zero, later commission first makes up the shortfall.

4.6 Welcome perk. For a Customer you refer, NetMagen credits a welcome perk of free AI tokens. The amount is currently 5,000 tokens. It is credited when the Customer first signs in to a NetMagen app, and it is subject to daily limits that NetMagen sets per affiliate and for the whole programme to prevent abuse; a perk held back by a limit is credited on a later day. The perk is a promotional credit given to the Customer. It is not a Payment, it has no cash value, and it earns you no commission. You may describe it only accurately, as it is described in the resources in your back office. NetMagen can change the amount, or switch the perk off, and withdraws the perk of a referral that it revokes for fraud under section 9.4.

4.7 Your ledger. Your back office shows every amount earned, reversed and paid, with its date and status.

5. Payouts

5.1 Balances. Your “available balance” is the commission that has cleared, less reversals and less amounts already paid to you. Your “pending” amount is commission still inside its hold.

5.2 Minimum. You can request a payout at any time once your available balance is at least USD 50. A request covers your whole available balance at the moment you make it. You can have one open request at a time, and you can cancel it until NetMagen approves it.

5.3 Monthly batch. NetMagen reviews requests and pays the approved ones in one batch each month.

5.4 Methods and currency. You can be paid by PayPal, by international bank transfer or by Israeli bank transfer. You choose the method and keep your payout details correct in your profile. Everything is calculated and paid in US dollars (USD). NetMagen is not responsible for a payment sent to details that you gave wrongly.

5.5 Fees. NetMagen covers PayPal's fees: a PayPal payout reaches you in full. The fee of a bank transfer, international or Israeli, is deducted from the amount paid to you. The statement of each payout shows the gross amount, the fee and the net amount sent.

5.6 Verification before the first payout. NetMagen verifies your profile before it approves your first payout: your legal name, business type, address, country, tax details and payout details, and any documents it asks for (for an Israeli affiliate, a withholding-tax certificate where one applies). You can file a request before you are verified, but NetMagen does not approve the first one until the verification is complete.

5.7 Invoice or self-billing statement. With each request you either upload an invoice, where the law requires one for your kind of business, or ask NetMagen to issue a self-billing statement for you.

5.8 Statement. For each payout NetMagen provides a statement that lists the ledger entries it covers, the gross amount, the fee deducted, the tax withheld (rate and amount) and the net amount sent. The statement says that it is a self-billing statement where it is one.

5.9 Taxes. You are responsible for the taxes that apply to your commission in your country: income tax, VAT and social contributions. The amounts in this agreement and in your back office do not include VAT.

5.10 Withholding. Where the law requires NetMagen to withhold tax from a payment to you, NetMagen withholds it, at the rate in the valid withholding certificate that you have uploaded or, if there is none, at the rate the law requires, and pays it to the tax authority. The withholding is a deduction on the payout and is shown on the statement.

5.11 Small balances. A balance below the minimum stays in your ledger and grows with later commission. It is paid out as a final payment while your participation is closing (section 9.2(b)). What happens to such a balance when the programme ends is dealt with in section 10.3. When your participation closes, you can give it up (section 9.2(c)).

6. Prohibited practices

6.1 You must not do any of the following, and you must not let anyone else do it for you:

  • (a) Brand bidding. Bid on, or buy as an advertising keyword, the NetMagen name or marks, or a close variant or misspelling of them, in paid search or on any advertising network, or use them in the text or display address of an advertisement to capture people who search for NetMagen. NetMagen runs Google Ads on its own brand.
  • (b) Self-referral. Register through your own link or code, or buy through it; arrange for relatives, employees or companies you control to do so; or pay a referred account's purchase with your own payment card.
  • (c) Cookie stuffing. Set, trigger or replace the NetMagen cookie without a genuine and knowing click by a person who chose to follow your link, for example with hidden or tiny frames, scripts, automatic redirects, pop-unders or browser extensions.
  • (d) Forced clicks. Obtain clicks by deception or automation: bots, click farms, forced redirects, or links that disguise where they lead.
  • (e) Spam. Send unsolicited bulk messages, or post your link or code in comments, forums or messages in a way that breaks the rules of the place or the law.
  • (f) Misleading claims. Make false or unsupported statements about NetMagen, its prices, its features or its performance, or about the welcome perk; publish fake reviews; or claim to speak for NetMagen.
  • (g) Incentivised sign-ups. Pay, reward or give anything of value (cash back, gifts, a share of your commission) to people for registering, buying or clicking.
  • (h) Coupon-leak sites. Publish or distribute NetMagen coupons, discount codes or promotion codes, list your promo code on coupon or deal sites, or leak codes that are not public.
  • (i) Impersonating NetMagen. Use the NetMagen name, logo or look in a way that suggests that you are NetMagen or are officially connected with it, for example with look-alike domains, social media accounts, advertisements or emails. Use the logos and banners in your resources only as they allow.

6.2 NetMagen looks for these practices, including with automated signals (for example paid-search clicks that arrive through an affiliate link), and decides in good faith. What follows from a breach is set out in section 9.

7. Disclosure

7.1 Whenever you share a link or a code, you must disclose clearly that you may earn a commission if people sign up or buy. The disclosure must be next to the link or code, in the language of the post, and in a form that suits the medium (spoken in audio and video, written elsewhere).

7.2 NetMagen provides a disclosure sentence in your back office, in nine languages. Using it as section 7.1 describes meets this section.

7.3 The advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to you stay your responsibility.

8. Data and confidentiality

8.1 What you see about Customers. Your back office shows each Customer only as a customer number that is specific to you, with the dates, the country, the status (free, subscribed, cancelled or closed), whether the Customer has signed in to an app, the date of the first Payment, the number of Payments, the amounts and your commission. It never shows a name, an email address, a phone number, a postal address, an IP address or any card or payment details, and NetMagen does not give you these.

8.2 What you must not do with it. You must not try to identify a Customer, combine this information with other information to identify a Customer, or contact a Customer using information that comes from NetMagen. You may speak to your own audience through your own channels, but not by using NetMagen's data.

8.3 Customers belong to NetMagen. Attribution gives you the right to commission under this agreement. It gives you no ownership of, and no access to, the Customer, the Customer's account, data or Payments.

8.4 Your data. NetMagen processes the details you give as an affiliate (your legal name, business details, address, tax identifiers, payout details and uploaded documents) to run the programme, verify you, pay you and meet its tax and accounting obligations, as the privacy policy describes. Your payout details are stored encrypted, and your documents are stored privately. When your participation is closed, NetMagen removes your legal, tax and payout details and deletes your documents, and keeps the commission ledger for its bookkeeping.

8.5 Confidentiality. You keep confidential the non-public information about NetMagen and the programme that you receive through it, such as non-public codes and materials.

9. Suspension, closure and revocation

9.1 Suspension. NetMagen may suspend your participation at any time and gives you the reason. While you are suspended:

  • (a) your links still lead to their pages but set no cookie, and your promo code is not accepted, so no new Customers can be attributed to you;
  • (b) your existing Customers keep earning commission for you under section 4;
  • (c) your back office is read-only: you cannot create links or request a payout.

Suspension ends when NetMagen lifts it.

9.2 Closing your participation, in two steps. Either you or NetMagen can start the closure of your participation, unless section 9.3 applies.

  • (a) Closing. From the moment closing starts, your links lead to their pages without a cookie, your promo code is not accepted, no new Customers can be attributed to you, and a Payment made after that moment earns no commission, even though the Customer stays attributed to you. Commission earned before that moment keeps its hold of 30 days and then clears.
  • (b) Final payout. While your participation is closing, your back office stays open and read-only so that your balance can be paid. You can request a payout once your available balance is at least USD 50. NetMagen may also decide, at its discretion, to pay a final balance that is below the minimum.
  • (c) Closed. Your participation is closed once no commission is pending, no payout is open, and your available balance is either zero because it was paid, or below USD 50 and you have confirmed that you give it up. If your available balance is USD 50 or more, you must request a payout (or NetMagen must pay it) before closing. A negative balance is written off to zero at closure and NetMagen does not claim it from you.
  • (d) After closure. Your legal, tax and payout details are removed and your documents are deleted (section 8.4), and the commission ledger stays. From the moment your participation is closed, and not while it is closing, your links lead to the NetMagen home page.
  • (e) Deleting your NetMagen account. You cannot delete your NetMagen account while a payout is open, while commission is pending or while a payable balance exists. Stop your participation first.

9.3 Closure for fraud. NetMagen may close your participation at once, without the two steps of section 9.2, for fraud or a serious breach of section 6 or 7. Then no payout is possible, all pending commission is reversed, your available balance is given up, and NetMagen may also reverse cleared commission that came from the fraudulent referrals. Your links lead to the NetMagen home page.

9.4 Revocation of a referral. NetMagen may revoke a single referral that it finds fraudulent or in breach of this agreement, for example a self-referral or a forced or incentivised sign-up. After a revocation the Customer's later Payments earn nothing, the pending commission on that referral is reversed (and the cleared commission too, if the reason is fraud), and, if the reason is fraud, the welcome perk is withdrawn.

9.5 Notice. NetMagen tells you by email to the address of your NetMagen account when it suspends your participation and when your participation is closed.

10. Programme changes

10.1 NetMagen may change the programme or this agreement, including the commission rate, the hold, the minimum payout, the payout methods, the cookie period and the prohibited practices, by giving you 30 days' notice. A change applies from the end of the notice period, and to Payments made after it.

10.2 Each material change gets a new version of this agreement. You may have to accept the new version before you can request a payout. If you do not want the change, you can stop your participation under section 9.2 before it takes effect; if you carry on after it takes effect, you accept it.

10.3 NetMagen may end the programme. When it ends, commission stops on Payments made after the end, and NetMagen pays out cleared balances.

11. Liability

11.1 NetMagen does not promise any amount of traffic, sign-ups, Payments or earnings. Examples, figures and the calculator on the programme page are illustrations and not promises.

11.2 Tracking depends on browsers, devices and settings, such as cookie blocking, and on systems outside NetMagen's control. A click, sign-up or Payment that NetMagen's systems do not record earns no commission.

11.3 You are responsible for how you promote NetMagen and for the content of your sites and channels.

12. Governing law

12.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, as in the site terms.

13. Contact

13.1 Questions about this agreement or the programme: contact@netmagen.com. Notices from NetMagen to you go to the email address of your NetMagen account and appear in your back office; notices from you to NetMagen go to the address above.

13.2 Messages about your account, a payout, a suspension or a closure are service messages and are sent even if you have unsubscribed from other NetMagen emails. Notices about new referrals, commission, monthly statements and the health of your links follow your notification settings and your unsubscribe choice.
