Manage staff camera access through named accounts, role-based permissions and a consistent process for granting, changing and removing access. Separate live viewing, playback, export and administration rights. Give temporary access a planned end point, and review permissions whenever a person changes role, site or employment status.
A camera is directly exposed when an outside network can reach its camera or recorder service through a publicly routed address. Remote viewing through a managed cloud relay or private tunnel does not, by itself, show that the device accepts direct inbound Internet connections.
